Took my measurements yesterday, which was Day 16. Not too bad. Motivation still isn’t as high as it should be. Kinda still going through the motions, do a workout, rest, do a workout, rest and so on.
Well here are the measurement updates
- Weight – 74.1kg/163.3lbs – down 3.2kg/7.1lbs
- Chest – 37inches – same
- Belly Button – 33inches – down 2inches
- Butt – 38inches – down 1.5inches
- Upper Arm – 11.5inches (13 when tense yippee) – down half an inch
- Thigh 4in above knee – 19.5inches – up half an inch
- Thigh 8in above knee – 22.5inches – up 1inch
